IP profile for fibre decreased to old ADSL speed

I upgraded to fibre on the Wednesday and at first speeds were great. We got a peak of around 70 MBit. Which was what I expected. But I've realised recently that now it has dropped all the way back down to our old speed of 18MBit.  I did the BT speedtest and it said my speed was 18MBit but the IP profile was meant to be at 77.4MBit. This is not true when I look at the current line speed on plusnet which tells me it is capped at 18.7MBit.
