Sorry to resurrect this thread but it seems my Technicolor TG582n has died. I have filled in the troubleshooting questionnaire and put in my old router for now. Can I get a replacement router under guarantee?

No problem. Really sorry to hear that your router has died.
Does the router not power on at all?

Hi Chris,
The router powers on OK but keeps dropping out after a few seconds. I log into the router and hit connect, most times it won't connect and when it does it loses the connection again after a few seconds or maybe a minute or two sometimes.  I put on my old dodgy  Cable & Wireless router and that's been running pretty well so far.
