I went away for a couple of days only to return to find my router on the fritz! Unfortunately I've stuggled with it the last couple of days but it has caussed constant reconnections. I swapped it over for a Netgear DG834G which appears to be working OK. The only problem is I noticed a very slight drop in my download speeds. On checking the BT Speedster it appears that the disconnections have cuased my profile to drop from something like 7000 to 6000. I've unplugged the router for tonight, however I plan to spark it up first thing in the morning as I tend to get a better sync speed then., I then plan to leave it on 24/7. Assuming I get a good sync rate can anyone tell me how long it takes for Profile to adjust (hopefully back to where it was)?
