Hi buller1953,
Our support support channels to contact us are via our support centre on 0800 432 0200, or via our ticketing system at http://contactus.plus.net
Let us know how you get on with either of those and if you need any further assistance.
Chris

Hi buller1953,
I seem to recall your initial post was about changing the IP address of the Tg582n for VPN use, but you have deleted it.
I guess you're having problems with the fact that the remote subnet is the same as the TG582 subnet.
This thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,105806.0.html/ should help if that's the case.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
