I updated my ticket yesterday but have heard nothing to date.      Could you possibly check it out for me?   Stats are pretty much unchanged with no disconnections.

Just had a response to my ticket telling me to keep my modem switched on and my speed will increase over the next few days.  Does this mean my banding has been removed?

Ok,  from what I've been advised the banding won't be removed until the line has shown to be stable. In order to do this, interleaving has been applied to see if it stops the errors, and if that has a positive effect the banding will be removed.

Thanks for that.       As far as I was aware Interleaving was 'on' anyway.       It was in the past and I have never requested it to be turned off.    I hope this is sorted before my next billing date on the 21st as if I continue on these speeds I may as well switch to Plusnet Value as I can manage with a 10GB peak time allowance.

An update on my situation.    It seems that around 1827hrs on Sunday evening my router disconnected from Plusnet as it now shows Online Time as14 hours 53 mins 30 secs, with System Up Time 09:22:17:57.      I assume that this is not counted as a disconnection from BT.      Any further news on if, and when, my banding will be removed would be greatly appreciated as it's a week now since I raised the ticket.  As I said in my previous post interleaving was already applied previously.

Thanks JoJo for all the work you have put in on my behalf,  it is much appreciated.  Looking forward to the banding being removed.  Will I have to reboot or anything to get the higher speeds or will my router reboot automatically?
