IP Profile

How long does it normally take for PN to update the IP profile?
The BT speedtest page says that my IP profile is 2500, but on the member centre says that its 2000.

Speaking from personal experience, I have found that my BT profile has recovered from a low sync event quicker than it has taken plusnet to reduce it in response to the event. Running the BT speedtest does seems to expedite the automated process.

They usually update twice a day, so if it's been like that for longer than 24 hours it may we worthwhile raising a ticket and asking it to be checked.

I've just checked again and its now gone up to 2500.

I gave things a quick kick from this end for you, saves you having to wait. You should see the slightly higher speeds coming through once you've rebooted your modem/router.
