IP Profile

I should be getting at least 74Mbs but only getting around 33Mbs. How do I have my IP Profile reset to match?

Hi rld,
It looks as though some of the settings on our system was set incorrectly. Can you log into your router and click 'Disconnect' and then 'Connect' again, this should resolve the issue for you.
