IP Profile

Hi, recently upgraded my package to upto 80mb ran bt speed test and I am getting roughly the same speed as I was on upto 40 mb, bt speed test reports my ip profile is set at 51.11 is this correct? or do you guys have to do something at your end to change my ip profile ?

The BT IP profile indicates that you are on 80Mb/s (it's above 40Mb, though not by an enormous amount).
You can check the Plusnet profile 'Current Line Speed' here: https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed (requires login), this should be just below the BT IP profile.

You're syncing at roughly 53Mb which has given you a profile of 51.11Mb. I've replicated this on our side to make sure we're not incorrectly profiling you.
