Hello My connection speed is 3422Mbps and my BT profile is 3,02Mbps 88.2per cent
however the PlusNet Net line speed is showing2.5Mbps.This is restricting my download
speed.  Are you able to correct please?

Yes Plusnet are able to correct this.  Unfortunately they are unable to stop this type of problem happening in the first place.
