That last 0.1Mbps really matters to goldenadsl. He's tweaked his noise margin down to 2.2db so that he can get every last drop of performance out of his line.

I didn't tweak snr this time. I just leave it default 3dB when the router start up and it was actually 17455K on the sync rate. I just leave 3dB alone because it very low errors on the line. Not worth to tweak it anymore.

That's correct, 88.2% of 17455 is 15395 which equates to a 15.3 profile on our side.

Thought BT work out as of 88.23% from 17455 as BT IP Profile say 15.4 on bt speedtester!

As far as I know it's 88.2%, so they are probably just displaying a rounded up value on the speedtester.

It ok now as look like BT updated had now completed my plusnet current line speed had changed to 15.4Mb itself. Thanks Chris.
