Is it possible my IP Profile is set to 40Mbps? According to the BT Wholesale Speed Test my IP Profile is 40.86Mbps. But I thought it should be 80Mbps? The estimated line speed was 54Mbps when I signed up and am getting currently 39Mbps.
Hi there, It doesn't appear to be a 40mbs profile. Diagnostics are showing me an up-to 54mb profile. 80mb would relate to the fibre product (which you are definitely on) rather than a profile. If that doesn't improve you might want to raise a fault: http://faults.plus.net Adam
