IP Profile still at 38Mbps

Hi there.
My IP profile is still stuck at 38Mbps despite it being looked into since 28th March. When calling I get told i should be getting 54Mbps and according to my member center information and the Email I just got, I should now be at 76Mbps.
Any help?

Hi there,
Your line estimate is at around 54Mb/s according to http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome but I don't think you'd see any more than that I'm afraid, almost certainly not up to 76Mb/s - really sorry if we advised you it would be that fast. I realise you're not seeing the estimate, best thing to do in that case is raise it as a fault at http://faults.plus.net assuming it doesn't uplift itself - we'll do all we can to improve the speed for you.

Hi and thanks for replying.
I already opened a fault up on 28th March and was promised a reply in 2 or 3 days, I know that it is not going to be the 76Mbps, but it would be nice to get to the 54Mbps that was hoped for, do I need to reraise a ticket or can that be done for me?
