IP Profile reset

Hi there, I have been having stability issues with my broadband for a while. I've now made some changes to my wiring and believe it's fixed. A few days ago when I had a lot of disconnections and it looks like DLM changed my profile  to 9db with interleaving on.  My router is now connected at 13527 Kbps but all speed tests are giving around 6mb. The plus.net connection settings on your site also show me connected at 6.1mb
Could you please reset my profile so I'm back on 6db with Interleaving off?
