IP Profile reset please

Currently getting 300-500kbits per second due to Plusnet profile reset. The problem had been sorted so can I have the profile put back up please.
BT speedtest (bt_test_user version)
Download speedachieved during the test was - 1845 Kbps

Yep, I'll go pick this up for you now. Give it 5 minutes and you should see the profile realign.

Thanks mate, I've gone from 350-500k (god that was horrid) back to the usual 2mbit and my girlfriend says you are a nice kind generous person.
I did leave a ticket about this but I will close this myself.
