IP Profile reduced after being disconnected for hours?

Hi there,
Just a quick question to see if my IP Profile can be re-instated back to 78 Mbps?
The line dropped out completely yesterday for hours which was reported to support & we could not connect even when bypassing the router (not sure exactly how long as it was still off when we went to bed & is back on this morning). To the best of my knowledge this is the only time we have had a problem and not sure what caused it. Previous to this when i have checked we were always connected at 78 Mbps but when i checked this morning its lower.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
Your sync rate was recorded at just over 70000 this morning so it looks like it's on the way back up - not sure there'd be anything we could do to speed it along if that's the case. It should pick up soon though, and I've bumped your profile on our side up to 68600 to match the BT profile as it is presently.

Hopefully it well get back there. We have also had a couple of power outages in the area so hop that wont affect the profile.
