This is odd
The router log has lost 2 complete days and hasn’t recorded the resync at about 09:40 on the 23rd Feb also that resync didn’t trigger a new IP profile
See first speed test carried out today at 16:16 IP profile still at 3810kbps
See second speed test after resync - IP profile now 4290kbps
Any thoughts on what could have happened.
Just to add - the BT systems didn't tell Plusnet as the Plusnet profile stayed at 4300kbps (from an earlier manual adjust by Jojo)

Well the router log can be explained easily enough. A resync doesn't always result in a new PPP connection and that's the only thing that would be recorded in the log. I've seen a few times in the past when my router has lost sync and reconnected without losing a PPP session.
I'm not sure about the IP profile strangeness though, could it be tied to a PPP session? Not sure how BT handle it.

That's RPM to you!!
