IP Profile nudge

Hi
My mothers PN ADSL (somerweb55) is blessed with excellent line stats, down stream attenuation 20 dB, connection rate 8128, Margin 13 dB...
A BT speed check shows an IP profile of 7150, yet the PN IP profile is 6000.
Can the PN IP profile please be aligned with the BT profile?
May as well get the most out of the network - when possible

Done. You should see a drop happen automatically in the next 1- 15 minutes when the new profile is applied.

Thanks. Mine shows 11000, but my BT IP profile is currently 14000. Does this get updated automatically following an improvement in my BT IP profile, or should I request it? I have an open fault ticket which I can update if necessary.

It should be done automatically. Occasionally updates get missed but this is rare. If you have a faults ticket open then feel free to append this information and we'll give it a nudge.
