IP Profile nudge please

Can one of you nice PN people nudge my profile please.  My speed is really slow compared with normal and after doing the BT test my results are down on the usual.  Things may have gone astray over the last 24 hours when my router kept losing wifi and had to have a few reboots and re do the firmware.

If it's your BT profile that is down then there is nothing PN can do to raise it....only time and a stable line can do that.
