Download speedachieved during the test was - 1073 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 400-2000 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :1440 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 1250 Kbps
Why the hell I ever transfered my broadband to you I'll never know, but I regret doing so.
I could NEVER recommend anyone to go with plus.net.
You are a disgrace.

I've reported your post for trawling. Dont post back as your comments are not appreciated or wanted. As I have already stated
"Stay out of things that do not concern you. I WAS on a stable IP profile of 2500. You do not have all the facts."

Whinging here or on the phone appears to sometimes get you skipped to the top of the queue; it's unclear why that is or how it's regarded to be fair.

As has already being pointed out, you're asking for help in a public forum. If you don't want help from anyone other than plus.net, ask in private.

Quote from: jheenan You're in a queue; it appears to take around 4 days for each response to a fault ticket.

I was informed last night that they would get back to me with what BT did. This they have failed to do. This fault has been running for 32 days now. I beleive there SLA is 72 hours to pick up an original fault.
On phoning them they appear to want BT to visit my home, again. First visit showed the fault was nothing to do with me. For the last 4 weeks I've been ripped off with a [Censored] service, (which they have refunded a whole months broadband)), but all I want is the broadband I asked for.
And jelv is trawling, pure and simply.

My current fault has been ongoing since September, albeit it rather intermittently. Apparently it's currently with the specialist team in BT that deal with TAM failures.
Even if the fault is nothing to do with you, the engineer may well need to be plugged into your line to see the fault happening I guess, or to try and verify if he thinks he has fixed it.
(I'm not aware of any SLA.)

I was lied to when i signup up, and they are now stating I can only get 1250 on this line. Even with previous BT suppliers they were able to get 2000 out of this.
Bunch of cretins, I'll be moving my services somewhere else, and I do not expect to have to pay a disconnect fee as you've NEVER supplied the broadband promised.
