Yes, something is wrong, I've raised a fault to our suppliers and am in the process of contacting them now with a follow up

Hi Barrytrcy,
I've been on to our suppliers since my last post and I cannot get them to change your profile manually. They insist that the profile change is initiated and due to change in 47 hours. I've spent all this time asking for manual intervention but they say they can't do that. I've explained the speed you're getting and that this is not acceptable but it made no difference. I'm sorry about this but there's nothing else I can do.
