IP Profile and slower Fibre speed

Recently My fibre speed to a massive downturn from the usual 45-46/8-9 to 5/8 and slowly rose from there and I raised a speed fault, unfortunately no problem was found and my speed eventually returned to 40/8. This is slower than I was getting for the past 2 months. Recenlty My "Max Achievable Speed" in the wholesale test also fluctuated. When I got Fibre my line speed was exactly on the estimate and actually higher (Estimate 47, actual line speed 47.2). My estimated line speed no longer shows in my Plusnet profile (Image below) and my actual line speed is now lower than what it was for 2 months.The BT test shows my "Max Achievable Speed" as 46.35 which is lower than what it was at the beginning of Plusnet fibre but not by much. Could someone look into this. My "Max Achievable Speed" and actual speed have both been fluctuating wildly and I have screenshots of the test showing the fluctuation.

Hi there,
To be frank there might not be a lot we can do in that sittuation, I've run some diagnostics and whilst I can confirm the maximum possible speeds are 46mb the minimum is 41mb.
If there is obviously a greater drop in speeds that could be something we can broach with our suppliers.

Surely the Plusnet 'Current line speed' should be 46.3 to match the BT IP profile.

It was before and actually exceeded their estimation by 0.2.

I've been seeing exactly the same phenomenum over the past few days. I guess that it's just one of those things. It doesn't effect my internet use.
