IP Profile and DL Speed

Have recently contacted support about this and the guy I spoke to did try to help. But, not sure anything's happening?
My router stats:

Thing is, I'm only getting around a 5.3 Mb/s DL speed. I'm a bit lost with all of this. Just not sure why I cannot get any more out of my connection.
What I would like is to get any restrictions lifted or my IP profile increased, if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Oh, tried the Maximum adsl speed calculator over at Kitz and got:
Approx Line Length: 2.2 km
adsl2+ (21CN): 15264
IP Profile: 13000

Any support staff around? What I'd really like is for my IP profile to be reset, somehow. My IP profile is set at 5500 Kbps, but when I check via the PN site, it reports:
Estimated line speed:
    7 - Checked on 2010-10-25 16:16:10
Current line speed:
    10000
Help needed please, thanks.

Are you connected to your router wired or wireless?

Just ran a line check and the BT profile is 12000 so I've just matched the PN one to it.

Yes, If you're going to reboot your router it's always best to do it in daylight hours.

Just ran a speed test and got back 10708 kbps 
Yes, it'll probably drop a little once stable, but hey, big thanks Joanne.

Hi Stogi,
I don't see why it should drop, unless you lose sync and it picks up a bad rate when it reconnects, otherwise you may even get more than that.
