Would it be possible for my IP Profile to be updated on PlusNet's side please? BT's updated a few hours ago taking me back up to 19Mb after recovery from my line fault that had dropped me to 10Mb.

This should update automatically within a couple of hours - watch out for a PPP session drop.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

This should update automatically, but rather than wait I've made the update now. You might need to log in to your router and hit disconnect/reconnect.
