IP Profile Hasn't Been Updated

Hello,
Following a series of disconnections during a thunderstorm, my connection has now been stable for more than a week yet my IP profile is still set at 500kps. Sad
Am I just being impatient or should I raise this issue with BT?

These are the results from about an hour ago:
Your DSL connection rate: 6496 kbps(DOWN-STREAM),  448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 500 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 389 kbps

You profile should raise after 3 days connection after your speed went up - possibly much quicker given the difference between your profile and connection speed.
Couple of possibilities are that you have a stuck profile a BT's end or you've had another low synch event in the mean time.
Someone from PN maybe able to tell you this, but not sure if anyone will be around as it's the weekend.
You could try raising a fault at http://faults.plus.net/

You could try using RouterStats if your router supports it monitor what is going on as well.

if you phone up the CSC and go to the talk to option, talk nicely and ask what the radius links show, that is the disconnect log

I'm not sure if it was running Plusnet's fault checker but my connection's finally back at full speed.  Cool
