Yes, but as we said before we'll have to see how BT deliver their delta reports before we can see how quick we can respond to them.

Jojo, has my profile been dropped in the past 24hrs?? i was getting around 6800 on speedtests, with a sync of 7895, and a BT profile of just over 6900 Today, I am only getting around 6100ish, which I would expect from a 6500 profile... i know it sounds pedantic, and I only noticed as I was rebuidling an XP system, and adjusting the RWIN. Not too fussed, just wondered why, and the only thing I can think of is Plusnet profile dropped slightly. Speedtest when rate higher was done at same time of night as well.
Have noticed alot of PPP drops over the last couple of days as well, in case this may be of interest. No sync drops since beginning of september.

The BT site is showing a profile of 6500 as of the 3rd, though the profile on our side has been at 6500 since the 15th Sept. If you're getting a faster speed than that let us know and we can tweak the profile on our side of things.
Regarding the PPP drops we can see those happening though it doesn't appear to be affecting the line profile, still it's probably worth doing the master socket tests and raising us a fault if need be.

Since Jojo had already kindly nudged my P/N profile up to 6500, I wasn't going to bother to ask for another nudge, however I now see that the P/N profile has gone down to 5500.
I'm not sure what caused the drop in the P/N profile but it clearly is still having problems tracking the new BT profiles.

I've changed that for you, let me know if it takes effect as the BT system we use still says 1000

Thanks, but the PN Broardband Speed is still reporting 10M. Any chance of a second look?

I've upped your profile to 11000 but the delta report is still showing at 10000 on BTs side, so it's likely to update and override ours I'm afraid. Nontheless I hope it doesn't and you keep the higher speed
