WTF is going on with that Router/gateway
Not my home connection now, my business PN account, average ping is over 1184ms, am trying to play Quake3 in my lunch break on UK servers, and ping is over 160 with spikes to 500+
Got problems again ?

That isn't the router gateway but your IP address. The gateway can be found from http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/

Hi Stuart,
The IP for the gateway you're connected to is 195.166.128.105 from checking your connection logs, and there's nothing untoward on the session graphs. We're also not seeing the number of complaints we'd expect to be doing if one of the gateways was having issues.
Could it be that a number of other people are using the connection there, thus slowing down your own traffic?

Whether you put it on here is up to you but I wouldn't recommend it - why not send Matt a PM

not raised a ticket as such, so dont want to bypass anyone in waiting
I have 2 DSL lines, 1 being a Demon line (routed via Cable&Wireless), and a PN line....
Both go into my SonicWall Firewall...
Load balance set, etc etc....
My Demon is snyc'd at 15mb (draytek 2820 router)
My PN comes through a Draytek Modem, and appears capped at 2mb, despite being on Option 3 Broadband which is unlimited....
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Best i make the phonecall!
Just realised i had an email on the 14th Nov, saying the exchange is being upgraded to ADSL2+ within the next 5 weeks..........
Possible that BT messed up, and i'm stuck on a low profile or just ADSL (not max, etc) ?

BT Speedtest Details:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 11084 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 800-2000 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :8128 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 832 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 2000 Kbps
Am guessing that profile is wrong!

Hi there,
That line is currently showing as being in course of migration up to 21CN, should be complete on the 8th December. Unfortunately until the order's complete there's nothing we can do, though if the profile doesn't update once the order's complete we'll be happy to investigate and SNR reset/raise a fault or whatever is required.
