I would like to upgrade to FTTC (current broadband user)

Hello,
I would like to know if I can upgrade today to FTTC. I got normal broadband about 3 months ago, since I was told that was all I could get.
However I checked https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/ and, if I understood correctly, it's available now.

Could you please clarify this and, if it's possible, let me know how I should go about it.

If the checker says yes then you can
Phone customer options otherwise you will lose your existing discounts
