Hello,
Myself and my boyfriend think something has happened during the posting of our broadband router. Yesterday, a random catalogue arrived with my name and address on the back, Plusnet is the only company I've given our new address to and I'd had confirmation that the router was on its way.
We think the label for the router has become unstuck within the postal system and attached to the catalogue package we received yesterday (I've attached a photo)
So our router may be lost in the post without an address label on it.
There was an address label on the front that matched the catalogue info inside the package but the address label with my details was on the back as shown in the picture with the top left corner missing.
Any help would be amazing!!!

Fixed! Go to the fix.
