So, Steve, do you mean you cancelled your account or you cancelled the cancellation of your account?

I wanted my account downgraded to a free dial up account, Plusnet said they were not aware of my broadband moving just my home phone service, Its all been sorted out now though thanks to a call to the cancellation department then matts help here on the forums In feedback.
