Hi
They are two different peers so unfortunately not.  Still waiting for a reply from them.

Hi
we have had a reply from RETN who have acknowledged they have an issue with their LINX peering.  Apparently a fix has been made which they say should stop the packet loss, fingers crossed.

The fix doesn't work.

Re: Huge packet loss on specific destinations

Packet loss occur during peak time, and I can confirm that issue with RETN still isn't fixed.

Re: Huge packet loss on specific destinations

Pings to dj.virtualdj.com are looking a bit better at the moment. I sent an email off to abuse@proxad.net with a graph attached last night (since I could find no other way to contact them). Maybe they got the message Tongue
I'll update if needs be.
EDIT: I spoke too soon it's going bonkers right now. I wonder if they are being DDoS'd or something. Or if the French have some big streaming thing going on perhaps where everyone in France is clogging up the tubes with their own version of Big Brother?

Re: Huge packet loss on specific destinations

I was going to say after you said things were looking better...I tried some pings and the results were really bad.
--- dj.virtualdj.com ping statistics ---
100 packets transmitted, 66 packets received, 34.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 13.932/178.812/385.066/102.899 ms

Regarding Proxad I thought things were looking up, Minecraft did disconnect on me a few times still, then I checked back at 8pm and saw this.
