It ended in 2.2. But I am at work now. I have the hub 0 and my old Thomson router 2010 side by side I use the same ADSL cable and filter the Thomson one gives me 18.5 mb where the hub 0 gives me 10 mb and hub one 12 mb why is this

I'm not sure to be honest which is why I'd like to know the full firmware version to see if there's an update we can push out to you. Thank you.

Will let you know when I finish work. The hub 0 was brand new out of the box and hub one which I have been using. Do you want the firmware from both routers

No worries. Yeah the firmware version of the Hub Zero may be useful too.

No we don't need that as we can't update those routers firmwares anyway.

Hi @Joe8, do you get similar results when you run wired tests with the routers? Or is it just Wireless speeds where you are seeing the difference?

Did you notice which wireless channel each router was connecting on at all?

Through the hub 1 and hub 0 the speeds are slower through wired connection 7 mb on average . The Thomson router gives me 17.25mb wired

I have passed this over to our products team for you. They will investigate what could possibly be causing the drop in speed while using wired devices to the Hub 1 / 0 routers.

I think the hub one/ 0 routers need testing on ADSL to see if they are capable of letting out 20 mbps speed as I had no problems with the Thomson 585 or the Technicolor routers
