Switching to fibre and due to have this activated tomorrow. In the meantime I have connected the new Hub One router to get it set up and ready, and checked all settings. Light is blue and says it's connected. But no internet/broadband connection. I have plugged the old ADSL router back in and it's connecting ok. I thought that the Hub One router was backwards compatible to ADSL but maybe it's not.
Any help or advice?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Update - I tried this again and the Hub One is now working with our ADSL connection! Great.
