It's 23:00 and the hub is flashing orange after working perfectly prior. Done the reboot, check cables etc. No body at plusnet to take my call. Lost my wifi too meaning cctv all down, don't understand as wifi should still work without Internet.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
