Hub 2 Arrived and installed, but getting slow speeds, can the profile for my connection be wiped ?

Hi,

My Hub 2 Arrived and i've installed, replacing my suspected failing hub 1 using ADSL but now i'm getting slow speeds, (7mb) can the profile for my connection be wiped ? as it would contain data from my failing hub 1, and why I believe the connection is being throttled from its usual 20mb down to 7mb.

@jrice I suspect your connection has been 'managed' by DLM due to a possible fault. If you can attach a screenshot of your Technical Log - Information page (with the user ID obscured), and your exported event log .csv output, someone on here can probably advise the next steps.
