How will I obtain Network Key/Password if using own router?

Hi,
I am due to be connected to Plusnet broadband tomorrow, my previous Sky broadband connection has been turned off today. When I signed up with Plusnet I said I would use my existing Sky router. It says that they send network key/password details with the new router, so how do I get them when I am using my own router. I am unable to find any details on the member support on the main plusnet site.
Many Thanks,
TE

Hi,
Thanks for that information. I did come across that page earlier and it's 'not active' as yet - as expected, but the password is eight '*'s for "security reasons", so how am I going to find out what it actually is?
Cheers,

At some stage when you signed up with PlusNet you had to put in your preferred password on the application form, it will be that one Smiley
