How to remove adult sites content lock?

Please can you remove the adult content block from my internet. I have phoned and followed their instructions to no avail. It seems extraordinarily difficult!

To switch Plusnet safeguard off, log in to your account, select 'Plusnet SafeGuard' in the left panel, and when the page pops up, move the big 'On/Off button to 'Off'. Note, as it says on that page, your action can take up to two hours to register.

It doesn't look like Plusnet Safeguard is enabled on your account
