How to order a new router?

Hi,

 

My elderly mother is having problems with her plusnet internet connection.  Plusnet have done tests on the line and say its fine so we think it must be the router as the lights are flashing and shes tried unplugging and plugging in the cables again, and shes had the router for a few years.  How can we order a new router from Plusnet for her?  I've logged into her account and looked around but can't see a way of doing it.  She doesn't hear very well so isn't able to call which is what the help by text message suggested.

 

Is there a way to order from her account online so I can do it for her?

@Gel  Openreach used to do modems, they do not do Modem/Routers, I suspect you mean a BT Homehub 6.

Thanks everyone.  In the end, my mum spoke to someone on the phone who was very patient with her not being able to hear them well and they were able to sort her out so shes connected again!
