How to get stats from a router?

When I login to admin on Technicolor TG582n router, I can't find any link to show me what the upload and download are currently connected.
I like to see stats from a router.

Re: How to get stats from a router?

You can't as you are on fibre
Other than hacking the modem the only way to get an indication of download speed is the BT IP profile and multiply it by 1.033

Re: How to get stats from a router?

Above only works on DSL not FTTC! It actually shows on my 582n on fibre as DSL Disconnected!

Re: How to get stats from a router?

That's to be expected as the router is not connected to any DSL - it's the modem that does that.

Re: How to get stats from a router?

So it is not possible to find what the max speed currently connected from a modem or router? Thats Odd.
Basically I have to use speedtest.net or BT speedtest to check..

Re: How to get stats from a router?

You need your BT IP Profile, not a speedtest result. To get your BT IP Profile you need to do a BT speedtest, than ask for Further Diagnostics and enter your phone number. Then as Oldjim said multiply that value by 1.033.
