Hiya @Keithyreeves, thanks for getting in touch. It looks like you renewed before the release of the Hub Two for residential customers so wouldn't have been available to offer at the time.
As present, the Hub Two is only available on a limited capacity for those renewing/ new customers after the release. It should be available to purchase for everyone else later in the year.
