How to find log in details for own modem/router

Hi,
I’ve got an issue with my hub 2 and I have a TP Link Router/Modem that is compatible with Fibre from cabinet. In order to log in I need the user name and password that Plusnet have allocated ( not my username and password used to log into app).
I can’t find it anywhere and have sent support a message through X (old twitter)
Can anyone help or advise?
TIA 👍😊

Fix

To log into the Hub ? - details on the hub label

To connect a router ? - https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/broadband-connection-settings/ the username and password would be same as logging into your broadband account in a web browser - there is no app for this - in the Hub the username is found in home ->  advanced settings -> broadband
