How to be rid of the Ticket Reply Notification

Yes - tried clicking the x - came back each time I opened the Members' Home Page in a new instance or after a reboot.

mine seems to have disappeared today after clicking X yesterday and its day three

I have this morning received a reply to my ticket so, having read the response,  I logged  out and back in and hit the X and then then logged out again.      I have just logged in only to find the same :
IMPORTANT
Question update! Our Support Team have replied to your Question

still there as it always has been in the past.    Hitting the X does not remove it for me.
