Just re-joined Plusnet, but unable to get anyone on the phone,so sent a message.
No response, so wondered if anyone on here knew the answer please?
How do I remove the free modem from my order?

Reply came back that I'd have to phone. What is the point of a messaging system that you can't use?
Eventually got through on the phone and the chap removed the hardware.
