How quickly do referral discounts get paid?

Hi

I signed up to plus net in December and as a friend referred me, she's expecting a 75p a month discount from her plus net bill. How soon does this get applied?

Discounts are paid to referrers from the referred’s first payment after the signup payment. In other words from the second month.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
