How long does it take to get a response to ticket?

Opened a ticket to report a nosedive in fibre download speed from around 37Mbps to as low as 1.6Mbps fluctuating to maybe 8Mbps at best. Ran the diagnostic tests and had a confirmation of a fault with my connection. This was about 00.30 on Wednesday morning, not heard a thing so far. Ticket 17758945.
