How long does Plusnet take to answer tickets?

I raised a ticket yesterday around 3pm and it said it would take 17 hours to respond, this is bad enough in itself, but it is now over 24 hours and the weekend will shortly be upon us.
Any PN staff hanging about here who fancy sorting out my problem, I am actually trying to give you more money each month.
