I'll wait and see how the fault progresses thanks. I haven't added the results from the tests last night to the ticket in case it is now irrelevant but can add them if required.

Things are looking up eventually Sync back at 8128, pings under 30 (after the openreach visit they enabled interleaving and pings was up at 60ms) just need the IP profile to get updated now

How long does it take for the IP profile to lift? It's been running at 8128 for a couple of days now and I have done the requested reboot in the ticket.
