How do you turn off interleaving

My ping is always much higher than my team mates. How do I try it with interleaving off?

You are on quite a long line there, so you may end up with an unstable situation, but always worth a try. If you login into the member centre and go to your broadband settings you may have an option here to turn it on or off. If not, just raise a ticket, stating you are a gamer and your pings are too long so you'd like to try your line with Interleaving off.

takes around 24 hours from request to being turned on / off and normaly BTw do this at about 2am . so if your line doesn't suit fast path it's pretty quick to reverse.
