How do i update router firmware?

How do I update router firmware? It seems to be running 237.2.2. I connected the router yesterday and it hasnt updated by itself

Are you currently experiencing any issues with the firmware you're using?

For reference, we're currently pushing out an updated firmware and so you should see your router update automatically over the next few weeks.

Please do let us know if you need anything else at all in the meantime.

When I click a link on a website there is an initial delay of approx 2 secs before the pages start to load. I thought an update to latest firmware might help. I'll wait till I get the update before investigating further thanks
