How do I track a request for help please?

Sorry for what is probably a basic question, but how can I tell that Plusnet are dealing with a problem which was flagged up via the automated help programme please? The final comment given was that a ticket had been raised but I cannot see where I can monitor what is happening.

Hi Nik,
Welcome to the forums.  Log into the user portal (member centre) here http://plus.net and go to 'help & support' there you will see a "my questions" link.
Immediately upon logging in, you might see a "we have responded to your question" prompt / link.
