I 'upped' my usage band from 1GB per month to 2GB per month (I use more than 1 ISP).
I now wish to 'step' back to 1GB per month, but I cannot see the option to lower my usage?
DAK how?

Is this on BBYW Option 1? The base usage allowances on it has been upped to 2Gb, so you now get 2Gb for the price of what you used to pay for 1Gb.
